The Heart of Chatham is our home on Balfour Lane, 300 yards from the 42 acre White Pond. This 3 bedroom house with 1 car garage at the end of a private lane in the [geographic] center of Chatham is a wonderful place for your summer vacation that provides
access to a small, private beach on White Pond, where you can swim and launch your canoe or kayak,
plenty of storage for bikes to use on the nearby bike trail, or excursions to town or any of the nearby ocean beaches
a lovely deck and patio overlooking an old cranberry bog
spacious bedrooms with plenty of beds to accommodate your family and friends
open living room and dining room with glass sliders overlooking the deck and the cranberry bog
Note that the garage is for bikes and stuff, not for cars.
The Heart of Chatham is adjacent to an eight acre conservation parcel called Sylvan Garden; a delightful, wooded lot with walking trails where you will see exotic vegetation and beautiful outlooks over White and Black ponds.

Two upstairs bedrooms, 14x20, that share a spacious, full bath with tub and shower.
Master bedroom on the first floor with private bathroom with shower.
Galley kitchen with electric oven/stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, and dish-washer
Open living room 16x24 and 10x17 Dining room.
Sleeping accommodations
First floor master bedroom has a King
First upstairs bedroom has a Queen
Second upstairs bedroom has two twins and a double
Living room couch has a pull-out Queen sleeper
Amenities
Stackable washer/dryer and half bath in the back hallway on the first floor.
Comcast cable and wireless internet.
27 inch TV in the living room tucked away in a armoire, out of sight, for a real get away vacation
Window AC units in bedrooms, and fans, just in case.
Puzzles and Games in the armoire and Books for rainy days and cozy family evenings
